TLSBlue™ Discovery Coach
An intelligent, guided 14-step conversation that helps you uncover the true root of any challenge — personal, team, or organizational — and spark your own breakthrough insights. The first question you are presented with is to inquire on the subject, issue or problem you want to chat about. Consecutive questions correspond to either the one for the next step or questions to clarify understanding of your current answer. The coach is empathetic, non-prescriptive, and powered by TLSBlue™ Proprietary Advanced Algorithm, it asks one thoughtful question at a time, with contextual help available whenever you need it.

The first screen shows our welcome with some indications about the discovery process:

In the lower part of the screen you can read the question that you should answer; the corresponding area where you should answer it; a Send Answer button; and Guide button. The Send Answer button becomes active as soon as you introduce your answer. The Guide button can help you clarify the question being asked if you need better understanding of it, why it is importaant, and some general suggestions of answers based on the specific content of the conversation, and only to guide you for you should answer with your own.

Once you start the chat by answering the first question, a "Download Chat" and "New Session" buttons will appear at the top of the chat frame.

This way you can download the conversation at any time you want even if the total conversation has not finished. Allowing you to do so gives you the opportunity to review the process and return at another time to start a new session with modified answers, but keep in mind that any modified answer could change the conversation from the one downloaded, because the conversation is a dynamic one based on your answers. When you download a conversation the file will be a pdf file in your computer, tablet or phone.
The screen has two scroll bars: the outer one to go up and down the whole screen; and th inner one to go up and down of the chat area:

This way you can also look up any of your previous answers and the questions asked.
At the end of the 14 steps, when you answer the final question and the coach generates the Breakthrough Summary, there will be a chat completed indication with the option to click on it to download the full conversation. Then, the existing conversation will be cleared and you can close the window or start a new session.
In ±20 minutes, you get clarity, the entities of the conflict for you to develop your visual map of the current reality, and 3 practical steps to start your transformation — all 100% owned by you. It's your discovery process and it's anonymous.
Practical uses.-
You and your team can take an issue or problem that will like to solve and each member of your team can use our TLSBlue Discovery Coach and share with others the pdf file before, let's say, having a meeting to resolve the issue. That will give each the different perspectives members have on the same issue or problem, talk about it and develop some consensus. You can also develop a new conversation with TLSBlue™ Discovery Coach using the consensus your team has reached to generate a shared Breakthrogh Summary for the team.

Conceptual Understandings
💬 Both processes, short mode and full mode, always start with asking you what's the issue you want to chat, talk, or deal with. This is very important for our algorithm to set the stage of what our coversation will be about. Then it will ask you to indicate if the issue is a personal one, or a recurring one, or a systemic one, but it can also be a combination like if you are wanting to explore it from a personal basis for a recurring issue that it has systemic implications.
😭 🌡 Step 1.- In both processes, short mode and full mode, the first step will be to ask you to identify what's bothering you about that issue, and we identify it with emojis reflecting either crying face or a thermometer for it should be something that is happening and that makes you feel bad, or uncomfortable, or in pain. It is in essence an undesireable condition that is present and you want to solve. The algorithm will interpret your answer and if not clear or understandable it will generate additional questions to clarify it.
Once Step 1 is clear, the short mode and the full mode become different in the sequencing of questions. The Short mde will only explore 5 more steps while the full mode will explore 12 additional steps. Why? Well the purpose of the short mode is to quickly surface some guidance for you to validate the soundeness of your concerns about the issue, while the full mode will try to go deeper into a cause-effect logic for initiating a transformation.
Short-Mode 😱 🐊 Step 2.- In Short-Mode we go from Step 1 to the the step to indicate the fears of what will happen if we continue with the pain. So, in the shor-mode we will jump to the fears without the immediate and longer-term effects. | ![]() | Full-Mode 🔄 Step 2.- In Full-Mode we go from Step 1 to the step to indicate the immediate effects of the Pain, just like dominoes falling. 🔭 Step 3.- Then we will ask you to identify the longer-term effect of the pain and if the immediate effects keep happening. 🐊 Step 4.- Then we will ask you to indicate the fears if you don't do anything about what's happening in the previous steps. |
🏳️ 🧜♀️ Step 3 of Short-Mode or Step 5 of Full-Mode.- In this step we will ask you to think carefully and indicate why are you, your team, or the whole system has accepted to live with the Pain and the Effects and Fears until now that you are exploring the issue. There must be some benefits that up to now were more important, and those benefits are like desireable effects that have some significance to you, your team, or the total system. Here we use a white flag or a mermaid emoji to illustrate that it could be a "surrender" or an "illusion" that must be validated.
Short-Mode 🥅 🏆 Step 4.- In Short-Mode we go from Step 3 to the the step to indicate the Goal, Objective, or End-Result you are trying to accomplish. So, in the shor-mode we will jump to the "Gold-Pot" without identying the causes that keep the persistent Illusion. | ![]() | Full-Mode 🦠 Step 6.- In Full-Mode we go from Step 5 to the step to indicate what is keeping the Illusion in place, just like a germ that the source of a disease. 🌳 Step 7.- Then we will ask you to identify the deeper causes for not dealing or overcoming the germ. 🥅 🏆 Step 8.- Then we will ask you to indicate the Goal, Objective, or End-Result you are trying to accomplish. This is why all the previous steps make sense as an issue of importance. |
Short-Mode 👹 🤕 Step 5.- In Short-Mode once we have clarity on the goal, objective or end-result you are trying to achieve or even just want to achieves, we ask you to think on: What do you do now that you wish you didn't have to do? 🕊️ 🎭 Step 6.- The we proceed to the last question: What do you wish you could do now that you are not doing?

Once all the steps have been completed, the algorithm will generate either a Teaser Summary for the Short-Mode or a Breakthrough Summary for the Full-Mode.
When you download the completed conversation, a PDF file will be downloaded to your device and you can review it and, better, share with your team to validate it and proceed.
